CATERING POLICIES

All events are scheduled for 4 hours.
Additional charges for labour apply for those who
require additional hours

Pricing is based on 40 guests or
more. For events with less than 40 people,
please add $3/person

$200 non-refundable deposit is
required to hold your date. Balance is due 7
days before your event. GST of 5% will be added
to all orders

Included are: disposable plates,
cutlery & napkins, plastic tablecloths for buffet
tables, condiments, delivery and complete setup

All food is freshly prepared at our
commercial kitchen, transported to your site, and
set up for you. We completely clean up
everything we bring so you can relax and enjoy your
event

Grilling equipment, tents, tables,
chairs, china, flatware & glassware can be arranged
at an additional charge

Allergy & Pork Alert:
- Please let us know ahead of time if there are
allergy concerns
- Pork is used extensively in southern cooking.
Please let us know if you do
not eat pork and we can suggest suitable
substitutions
